Act as the regional technical expert for all Varonis products – escalation review point for all technical issues in the region

Perform Customer Relationship Management activities including:

Supervise office hours sessions for SE’s in their territory

Participate in and perform techtalks as required

Gather product feedback from customers within the region

Facilitate and present at regional user group meetings

Assist with field readiness training activities for SEs, SRs, and TDRs within the region

Assist with the development of field and partner readiness materials
